The N13 represents two separate mini-districts of a railroad. One, whose trackage is the Interchange District, swaps cars from all over the US. Its main task is to interchange traffic with the Industry District. The Industry District of the BB&B has one other connection with the outside world, but its principal purpose in life is to serve eleven other industries.
